A typical 4 bed unit takes 7-8hrs to fully snag internally, externally. Checking not only defects, but structural compliance, including full thermal imagery, water purification.
Previous day snag is then compiled into a PDF format and emailed to all involved. Hard copy also sent to site. Trade responsibility assigned to each defect in easy to follow colour coded format.
